Speeding down the road in Cherry Creek,
keeping as much out of traffic as I can
so much fun on a warm day,
work when it's real cold,
bicycle so I am here, then there
not about the gas anymore.

Rolling over the hills down in South Denver
it's a way but the goal is worth the ride.
Roll, on to the source from the south
seems so far until I get there
Seems so far until far is behind me
cool dink, this day done, never over.

Not over, from dark to light
these days pass all well used
no rage so great no fear to slow
the pace of the dream of healing.
